I’m Lyndal, Founder of (ide)ate Studio, Facilitator & Inclusion Strategist.
Before founding (ide)ate Studio, I led Marketing & Solution Design at a globally recognised DEI consultancy, where I helped some of the world’s most beloved brands engage meaningfully with marginalised communities.
Through this work, I saw firsthand how deeply inequitable and exclusionary our societies and workplaces are for underrepresented populations—and how inaccessible DEI education often is.
It developed within me both a radical impatience about shifting beliefs that hold marginalised communities back as well as a dedication to advocating for the tremendous potential that exists when we are all free to fully realise our skills, creativity, knowledge and life’s purpose.
As someone born into a life of privilege, (ide)ate is my small attempt to acknowledge this privilege and the responsibility that (I believe) comes with it. I believe that businesses and communities can thrive together, and I’m excited to show you how our offerings can help make that vision a reality.
